Adam Molson Partner, Development

As Partner, Development at Windmill Development Group, Adam brings over 15 years of experience delivering complex, mixed-use and purpose-built rental communities across the Greater Toronto Area. With deep expertise spanning the full development lifecycle, from concept and design through construction and occupancy, Adam has led interdisciplinary teams on many projects, with a particular focus on high-quality rental housing and sustainable urban development.

Prior to joining Windmill, Adam served as Vice President, Rental Communities and Sustainability, at The Daniels Corporation, where he played a key role in advancing both the company’s rental portfolio and its industry-leading sustainability initiatives. He led the delivery of Daniels’ first purpose-built high-rise rental building and has since overseen multiple large-scale rental developments, while also managing partnerships with government and institutional stakeholders to deliver impactful affordability programs.

Adam is widely recognized for his leadership in sustainable development. He has driven corporate and project-level innovation, including the development of decarbonization strategies and the integration of low-carbon technologies such as geothermal systems, passive house design, and solar infrastructure. He also spearheaded initiatives to advance accessibility in residential design, establishing enhanced standards that exceed regulatory requirements.

Adam holds a Master of Science in Planning and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
