Jeremy Reeds President

As the President, Jeremy is responsible for Windmill’s strategic financial and operating initiatives, client relationships, investor relations, project financing, human resources, corporate accounting, and financial reporting.

With a knack for distilling complex issues and aligning different stakeholders, Jeremy is a leader focused on providing an open space for productive, collaborative discussions.

Before joining Windmill, Jeremy was with the Minto Group where he oversaw investor reporting and financial performance of development and major capital projects for Minto Properties. Jeremy also played a key role in the launch of the Minto Apartment REIT, and he oversaw the investment recommendation and deal structures for approximately $850M of acquisitions and development projects.

Jeremy obtained his CPA designation while working for KPMG in the real estate Audit practice. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University.
