Windmill launched the Fund with Epic Investment Services to contribute solely to regenerative communities that align with the One Planet Living principles.
These include:

- sustainable water and materials
- affordability
- positive impact on local economies
- zero carbon strategies
- urban food production
Interesting Fact: The One Planet Living framework (developed by UK-based Bioregional) helped inform the UN Sustainable Development Goals for land transformation.
