Situated between South Kingsway and Jane Street, this mixed-use residential building designed by BDP Quadrangle will be developed to meet the highest levels of sustainability. The building will leverage mass timber construction and geothermal heating and cooling systems to minimize both embodied and operational carbon. Accessibility is a pillar of the project, with the site conveniently located a mere 90m from Jane station, providing easy access to the subway and several bus routes.

Windmill will enhance accessibility by providing ample bike storage and parking, helping residents make the most of Bloor Street’s new separated cycle tracks that extend east to Downtown and west to Islington Station. The nearby Humber River ravine parks feature beautiful multi-use trails that run north-south, attracting both commuter cyclists and recreational users.
